Pacecourt Colour Coat is a wear resistant, 100% acry emulsion consisting of brilliant pigments and quality polymers that are blended into a highly concentrated form. Pacecourt colour coat does NOT contain any asbestos, lead, or mercury. An excellent advantage of the Pacecourt color coat product is that it can be used (or both the texture and finish coats, by job-mixing Pith water and/or silica sand to achieve the desir iurface texture and speed of play.
Pacecourt's Color Coat is a high-performance, wear-resistant acrylic emulsion, crafted with brilliant pigments and superior quality polymers. This 100% acrylic color concentrate is free from asbestos, lead, and mercury, ensuring safety and environmental compliance. It's uniquely versatile, suitable for both texture and finish coats, and can be easily mixed with water and/or silica sand to tailor the surface texture and playing speed to your preferences. The Pacecourt Color Coat is perfect for enhancing and protecting various recreational surfaces, including tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, handball courts, and paddle tennis courts.
Cleanliness is Key:
The surface should be clean, dry, and free from dirt, dust, and foreign debris.Curing Time:
New asphalt and concrete surfaces require a 30-day curing period before any coating application.Concrete Priming:
If applying over concrete, consult the Pacecourt concrete primer application instructions for best results.Depression Check:
Flood the area with water to identify depressions greater than 1/16. Level these using Pacecourt's depression filler mix.Mixing:
Combine the Pacecourt color coat with water and/or silica sand, stirring until the mixture is uniform. Adjust the sand amount and size to achieve the desired texture and play speed – larger grains slow the game.Application:
Apply the mix using a soft, rubber squeegee. A minimum of two applications is recommended, each at a 90° angle to the other, with the final coat aligned parallel to the net.Texture Coat Coverage:
Expect around 0.26 kg/m² per application of undiluted material, although this may vary based on pavement porosity and texture.Economical and Effective:
