Why Pacecourt Concrete Primer?

When it comes to choosing the right concrete primer for your concrete surfaces, Pacecourt Concrete Primer is the top of the line. Our high strength water based acrylic primer is formulated to give you superior adhesion, durability and a flawless finish for your sports courts.

Pacecourt Concrete Primer Benefits

  • Better Adhesion: Pacecourt Concrete Primer increases the bond between concrete substrates and acrylic coatings. By penetrating deep into the concrete surface it creates a solid foundation for the topcoat to adhere to.
  • More Durable: Designed to be tough, our primer fortifies the surface making it more resistant to wear and environmental factors. So your sports court will look and perform for years to come.
  • Versatile Application: Suitable for all concrete surfaces, Pacecourt Concrete Primer is flexible in application. Whether it’s a tennis court, basketball court or multi purpose sports area our primer will perform consistently.
  • Concentrate: Available as a concentrate, our primer can be mixed on site to match your project requirements. This allows you to control the application thickness and coverage.

How it works

Pacecourt Concrete Primer is a preparatory layer that penetrates the concrete surface, seals the pores and creates an ideal base for acrylic coatings. This not only improves the mechanical bond but also the overall longevity and performance of the applied surface.

Application Guide :

  • Surface Preparation: Ensure the concrete surface is clean, dry and free of contaminants. New concrete should cure for at least 30 days before application.
  • Mixing: Mix one part Pacecourt Concrete Primer with two parts of potable water. Adjust the ratio as needed based on surface porosity and project specifications.
  • Application: Apply the mixed primer evenly with a brush, roller or squeegee. Avoid pooling by ensuring even coverage across the surface.
  • Drying Time: Allow the primer to dry completely before applying the acrylic topcoat. Drying times may vary depending on environmental conditions but typically 2-4 hours.

Choose Pacecourt Concrete Primer for an Excellent Foundation.
